4.  Full inspection after burn-in: to make sure every unit with high temperature resistance, with power ,no bomb unit, no high voltage, no low voltage, no bad led indicator, etc              

5. Finished products full inspection: to make sure every unit with power, no high voltage, no low voltage, no bad led indicator, low ripple, with right cables , no bad ultrasonic bonding, etc           

6.   Visual full inspection: to make sure no scratched case, no cracked wires ,no missing screw, no label misaligned, et      

3 sampling inspection:          

             

1.   IQC (incoming quality control): According to AQL-MIL-STD-105E level II standard, to make sure raw materials up to international standard                          

2.   IPQC (input process quality control): Tooling/fixture change or change over will do initial confirm,Position inspection will do per 2 hours. To make sure the whole production process under control, avoiding mistake in bulk.                        

3.     OQC (outgoing quality control): According to AQL-MIL-STD-105E level II standard. To guarantee every unit in good quality before arrive at our customers.
